Gender Equality & Transgender Policy: Classes designated “Masters” are open to Men and Women. The minimum Racing Age and categories quoted are for Men; please see the current USAC Rulebook for minimum Racing Age and categories for Women. The Super Series welcomes everyone to participate in the gender category they feel is most appropriate to them, as described in USA Cycling policies.

The collective teams comprising the MABRA Super Series are committed to providing inclusive and equitable racing events. The Super Series is proudly adding non-binary categories (1/2/3 and 4/5) to race during the women's races. This addition is to honor all of our cyclists and provide a category that allows everyone to race with how they identify.

In the event that USAC chooses to amend current policy to align with UCI changes for our transgender racers, then WTF (women-trans-femme) will be added to our non-binary categories as WTFNB.

New Venue:

The Berg Estate in Stevenson, Maryland features plenty of locations to view riders as they zoom around the course and navigate the technical circuit. The venue also has a historic stone building where indoor registration will be. As usual we’ll have a food truck and beer garden to keep you fed and hydrated.

The Course: This is a dedicated cyclocross course that is available for practice throughout most of the year. Waivers are available on-site and required for anyone interested in scouting the course outside of set-up weekend and event day. Don’t get too confident though, we will have a few tweaks up our sleeves specifically for race day. The terrain is fast and flowing with a number of technical turns and short super punchy climbs. You won’t find any Belgian walls here, but you’ll find plenty of off-camber and twisty turns. Rest assured, the balance between power and technical will make this a leveled playing field. This year, the 2023 race has new features including a flyover and more technical adds such as on off camber section and punchy climbs. Adam Berg, our venue owner, made sure to scribe a special message in our course!

Registration: Online registration is open, and can be found here! Registration costs $32 for adults and $15 for Juniors. Please note that BikeReg charges an additional fee for online registration. there is also an additional MABRA fee. There is no mail-in registration. Spectating: You can enjoy a tasty beverage by team sponsor Peabody Heights Brewer, and watch the ‘cross action’ unfold from one central location. However, there are many other interesting areas throughout the course for great spectating and friendly heckling. Bring your chair and your ID, and stay around to watch the elite field fly through the course. We'll also have a.m. and p.m. Little Belgians races for the wee little ones. Top it off with food and coffee from local vendors.
